A missing 44-year-old Perris man identified as “at-risk” by law enforcement officials was reported located Saturday.
Jose Manuel Lopez Ramirez was previously last seen at 7 a.m. Sept. 13 in the area of Callaway and Rocky Hills roads in Perris, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Details about how and where Ramirez were found were not provided.
