Los Angeles County Sheriffs’ Department homicide detectives are continuing their investigation Thursday of the death of a woman in an unincorporated area near South Los Angeles.
Deputies were called at approximately 5:58 p.m. Wednesday to the 11800 block of South New Hampshire Avenue, west of Vermont Avenue and south of the Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway, where they found the victim, said homicide Lt. Steven De Jong.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
