A Silver Alert issued on behalf of an at-risk 70-year-old woman who had last been seen at the Park La Brea apartment community was deactivated after she was found.
Klavdia Erendzhenova had last been seen at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday near Burnside Avenue and Hauser Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department Thursday.
The CHP reported at 11:46 p.m. Thursday that Erendzhenova had been found, but as is typical in missing persons cases, information on where and when she was found was not released.
The CHP established the Silver Alert program to coordinate searches for missing elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
