An at-risk 56-year-old man diagnosed with mental health disorders who was last seen in West Hollywood has been located, authorities announced Wednesday.
Robert Scott Silva was last seen at around 5 p.m. June 25 in the 7900 block of Fountain Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
He has since been located, but details about when or where he was found were not provided.
