Police Thursday were investigating the death of a 33-year-old woman who was struck by a car in West Hills.

Dolores Mora was crossing Roscoe Boulevard outside of a crosswalk and was struck by a westbound vehicle around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Farralone Avenue, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department said.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office listed Mora as residing in Port Hueneme, in Ventura County, but police described her as being homeless.

The driver stopped as required by law, the LAPD stated.

Video from the scene showed a silver Toyota sedan with a cracked windshield and police officers erecting a tent to cover the body.

  1. Lola Mora was not a homeless, she had a lovely family, a formal job and a gorgeous baby.
    Stop saying lies.

    1. She wasn’t homeless Whos giving out this false information. She was a yound snd tender soul a good person and comes from a good family and had a good job.

  2. This information is completely wrong! Get your facts straight. This was a mother, friend, and daughter she was not experiencing homelessness. She worked, lived in Agoura and was raising a son. She had people that loved her… why would anyone put “homelessness” as a fact about a terrible story as if to diminish it. Shame on the people who wrote this and not fact checking.

  3. SHE WAS NOT HOMELESS!!! Please very info before publishing wrong information. She is my befriend and had a great job and a place of her own. She had beautiful life and we all are grieving her. Please fix the information on here. She would be really upset that you guys would even say she was homeless she worked so hard.

  4. Lolita as us FAMILY called her! She was a gentle soul, and an amazing daughter , mother, and friend. She went out for a nice night with her husband never returned home! Her mother is inconsolable as the rest of her family. To say she was homeless w/o waiting and doing FACT checking. You will be missed my dearest Lolita 💔
