Authorities sought the public’s assistance Thursday in locating an at-risk 44-year-old man with mental health issues who was last seen in Inglewood last February.
KC Tard was last seen on Feb. 18, 2025, in the 3600 block of Kensley Drive, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Tard was described as a 5-foot-tall Black man weighing 300 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Sheriff’s officials said that Tard’s family is growing increasingly concerned about his well-being.
