Authorities sought the public’s help in identifying the suspect in a bank robbery in Agoura Hills.

The suspect walked into the Bank of America branch in the 5600 block of Kanan Road on Jan. 20 and passed a note to the teller demanding money, said sheriff’s Deputy Trina Schrader.

“In fear for his life, the teller gave the suspect money from the cash drawer,” Schrader said.

The suspect left the location through the main entry doors and fled in an unknown direction, she said. No vehicle was seen.

The suspect is described as between 40 and 45 years old, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 250 pounds, with brown eyes.

Anyone with information about the suspect was urged to call the sheriff’s Major Crimes Bureau at (562) 946-7893.
