The Getty Villa, which reopened in June with limited hours following months of closure due to the Palisades Fire, will resume its regular operating schedule on Wednesday.
The Villa, which escaped major damage from the Palisades Fire but was forced to close in the aftermath of the inferno, reopened June 27, but only operating from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Fridays through Mondays. The limited hours were intended to also reduce the amount of weekday traffic on Pacific Coast Highway.
But beginning Wednesday, the Villa will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays through Mondays. The Villa will also increase the number of daily reservations available.
Admission to the Villa is free, but reservations are required.
