More than 600 customers remained without power after an outage in the Montrose-La Crescenta area early Saturday.

The Southern California Edison online incident map said the outage began about midnight Friday, with the cause not known.

Around 820 customers were initially affected, according to the site, with 650 still blacked out as of 3 a.m.

Power was expected to be restored by 12:30 p.m. Saturday, according to the site.

In a separate incident, also of unknown origin, another outage had left 545 households without power in Manhattan Beach.

That outage was reported at 1 a.m., according to the site, with no restoration time specified.
