A ticket with five numbers in Tuesday night’s multi-state Mega Millions lottery, but missing the Mega number, was sold in San Jose and is worth $463,395.
There were no tickets sold with all six numbers sold and the estimated jackpot for Friday’s drawing is expected to grow to $43 million.
The numbers drawn tonight were 37, 39, 53, 68, 75 and the Mega number was 6. The estimated jackpot was $35 million.
The drawing was the fourth since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.
The odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega number is 1 in 258,890,850, according to the Mega Millions website. The overall chance of winning a prize is 1 in 14.71.
The Mega Millions game is played in 43 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. Virgin Islands.
