Los Angeles-based KB Homereported Wednesday a 25 percent increase in orders in the first quarter of 2015 and said the value of the orders — $519 million — was up 26 percent over the first quarter of 2014.
KB Home President and Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Mezger said he sees “a positive revenue outlook for the remainder of the year, particularly in the third and fourth quarters.”
