The trustee of the trust for the adopted son of Zsa Zsa Gabor filed court papers Thursday asking that a group of assets he once held as an individual be transferred to the trust as he intended before he died.
The Los Angeles Superior Court petition states that the holdings at issue are Oliver Prinz von Anhalt’s 100 percent interests in a Roth IRA, Moto Cafe Inc., West Coast Undercover Inc., Prisam Entertainment LLC and PVA Investments LLC.
Various written documents show Von Anhalt intended the assets to be held by the trust, according to the court papers filed by trustee Frank Grundel.
Von Anhalt created the Prince Oliver Revocable Living Trust in June 2010. The trust beneficiaries include Grundel and other individuals living in Inglewood, Marina del Rey and Germany.
Von Anhalt, 45, died on Dec. 25, 2016. A week earlier, he was involved in a motorcycle accident on Mulholland Highway in Agoura Hills — on the same day the 99-year-old Gabor suffered a fatal heart attack.
Von Anhalt was adopted as an adult by Gabor and her ninth husband, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt.
A hearing on Grundel’s petition is scheduled for Sept. 27.
