A kitchen fire broke out Tuesday afternoon in a Hyde Park restaurant, but no injuries were reported.
Thirty-two firefighters were dispatched to The Flavor Table, at 2812 W. Florence Ave., about 3:50 p.m., according to Nicholas Prange of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The restaurant is in a row of one-story commercial businesses, with a fire-proof barrier between each occupancy, which prevented the flames from spreading past the eatery, Prange said.
Firefighters extinguished the flames in about 15 minutes, he said.
