The Gladstone Street railroad crossing in San Dimas will be closed for three months, starting Friday, as part of a construction project to extend the Metro Gold Line.
Gladstone Street will be closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic at the railroad crossing between Amelia and Lone Hill avenues through September, according to an official with the Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Construction Authority.
Homes and businesses on both sides of the crossing will be accessible, the official said.
The construction is part of a project to extend the Metro Gold Line to Glendora, San Dimas, La Verne, Pomona, Claremont and Montclair, according to the project’s website.
