A man was injured in a shooting Monday while walking on the Santa Ana (5) Freeway in Boyle Heights.
The shooting was reported about 6:50 p.m. when the man arrived at a gas station with a gunshot wound, CBS2 reported.
He was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
The shooting occurred near the Pomona (60) Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol. Further details were not released and no suspect description was available.
