Firefighters extinguished a fire in an attic in Rancho Mirage Friday.
Riverside County Fire Department responded to the 70200 block of Highway 111 at 12:34 p.m. to a fire in a home’s attic. The fire was fully contained shortly after crews arrived.
Crews were expected to remain on scene for two hours to clean up debris.
There were no injuries reported and the cause of the fire was unknown.
