A motorcycle rider died Saturday in a crash on Bouquet Canyon Road in Palmdale.
The crash was reported as 4:14 p.m. on Bouquet Canyon Road just south of Elizabeth Lake Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Witnesses told the CHP three motorcycles were involved in the crash.
The deceased rider was described as a middle-aged man and pronounced dead at the scene, CHP Officer Stephen Brandt told City News Service.
The CHP issued a SigAlert shutting down northbound and southbound lanes of Bouquet Canyon Road for its investigation. The road was reopened about 7:15 p.m.
