Firefighters extinguished a mobile home fire that displaced four adults and two children, the Riverside County Fire Department reported Saturday.

The fire was reported at 8:56 p.m. Friday in the 31000 block of Western View Drive in Homeland. According to the RCFD, crews were on scene at 9:04 p.m. and contained the fire by 10:32 p.m.

Southern California Gas and Southern California Edison were requested, and the Red Cross was contacted to assist the displaced, but no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
