An at-risk 57-year-old woman with mental and cognitive conditions who went missing Monday has been found, authorities said.
The California Highway Patrol reported that La Tran was found at around 3:42 p.m. Monday. The location was not disclosed.
Tran had last been seen Monday at around 6 a.m. in her room during a staff patient check at a living facility in the 3500 block of Cedar Avenue, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
A later check discovered Tran missing from her room, and that she left the facility, headed in an unknown direction, police said.
