A person was injured when a vehicle crashed into a utility pole in Lake Elsinore Sunday evening.
The crash was reported at 8:27 p.m. at Lakeshore Drive and Bushman Avenue, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Firefighters used hydraulic tools to free a patient from the vehicle for ground transport to a hospital for treatment, fire officials said.
The patient’s age, gender and condition were not released.
It was unclear if anyone else was in the vehicle.
