Two people were taken to a hospital Friday following a two-vehicle collision in Temecula.
Fire crews responded at 8:52 a.m. Friday to a report of a traffic collision in the area of Mahlon Vail Road and Temecula Parkway, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Fire officials said at least one person had to be extricated from the wreckage.
“Two patients have been transported by ground to a local hospital for further evaluation,” according to the fire department.
It was not immediately clear whether the two patients had any injuries. The cause of the crash was also not immediately known.
