A travel trailer was fully engulfed in flames Wednesday in Thermal but firefighters were able to quickly contain the fire.
Fire crews responded shortly before noon Wednesday to a report of a residential structure fire in the area of Harrison and Pierce streets, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Upon arrival, they encountered a travel trailer fully involved in fire, officials said. The fire was contained by around 12:30 p.m. and resources were expected to remain on the scene for approximately two hours.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known. No injuries were reported.
