A residential fire displaced two adults, three children and a dog Monday in Menifee, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The fire was reported at 12:39 p.m. Monday in the 29000 block of Maritime Way.
Officials said the flames were contained to a sofa in the single-family residence, however the family was displaced and the American Red Cross was requested to assist them.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was not immediately available.
