A pedestrian was struck and killed while crossing a street in Palmdale Monday evening.
The collision was reported at 7:22 p.m. and California Highway Patrol officers responded to 90th Street East and East Avenue Q10, where they learned the man was struck by a blue Mini Cooper, CHP Officer Sean Lough told City News Service.
The pedestrian was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, Lough said.
