Three people were injured Saturday evening when a vehicle went about 100 feet off of Beaumont Avenue (Highway 79) in Lambs Canyon south of Beaumont.
The solo-vehicle crash was reported at 7:13 p.m. Saturday on Highway 79 at Dump Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One of the occupants was ejected and suffered serious injuries, the Riverside County Fire Department said. A second occupant suffered moderate injuries and a third had minor injuries. All three were taken in ground ambulances to hospitals.
The cause of the crash was not immediately known.
