The Palm Springs Art Museum’s Artful Events series will continue Friday with a sold-out sunset cocktail party at Frey House II.

The night will begin at 5 p.m. Friday at a pick-up location set to be sent to attendees before the event, from which transportation will be provided to the home, according to museum officials. The shuttle is the only way to access Frey House II.

“Savor delectable cocktails and cuisine while enjoying the company of special guest Marc Koller, godson of Albert Frey,” museum officials said in a statement. “Music from Albert’s favorite vinyl record collection — played on his original turntable — will fill the air.”

Attendees were asked to dress accordingly for the event, as the home is mainly outdoors with food and drinks served outside as well, according to museum officials, adding that attendees must walk up stairs to enter the property.

Other events in the series include “The Gorgeous Glorious Cocktail Party and Art Salon” at Bighorn Golf Club on Feb. 15; a “Fash Bash: Hollywood Icons Fashion Show” on March 2; “The Love Bite: An Irreverent New Comedy” by Luke Yankee on March 10; and “Wine Tasting and Silent Auction” on March 14.

The last three fundraisers scheduled are “Dinner with Michelin Star Chef, Wine Music and Art” on April 12, a “Garden Cocktail Party” at Frank Sinatra’s Twin Palms Estate on April 21 and a Coachella Valley Men’s Chorus on May 15.

More events, some of which will be held in the museum while others are set to be held at private residences, are expected to be added throughout the season, museum officials said. Proceeds will fund the museum’s exhibitions, programming and institutional maintenance.

The events began in October with a Miami Beach cocktail dress-themed “Desert Art Salon” at the home of Mark Pellegrino and Stuart Kent.
