Firefighters extinguished a residential fire at a two-story home in Moreno Valley Sunday.
The fire was reported around 11:40 a.m. Sunday in the 11800 block of Meadow Wood Way, where firefighters found the single-family home well involved with fire, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Firefighters contained the fire and prevented extension to nearby buildings. One person was assessed for injuries, but declined further treatment.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
