A pedestrian was struck by at least one vehicle and killed Monday morning on the Pomona (60) Freeway in Montebello.
The crash was reported to the California Highway Patrol at 12:40 a.m. and was on the eastbound Pomona Freeway at Paramount Boulevard.
Witnesses told the CHP it appeared a white SUV had overturned prior to the reports of a person struck by vehicles.
The CHP issued a SigAlert shutting down all eastbound lanes of the Pomona Freeway in the area to investigate and clear the crash.
