A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and suffered major injuries Saturday in Rowland Heights, an unincorporated area in the San Gabriel Valley.
The crash was reported to the California Highway Patrol at 4:16 p.m. Saturday and at Jellick Avenue and Colima Road, according to Officer Stephan Brandt.
Paramedics took the patient to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center for treatment of “major injuries,” Brandt said.
A description of the patient and the person’s condition was not immediately available.
