A man was killed in a single-vehicle crash on the Long Beach (710) Freeway in Compton, authorities said Sunday.
The crash occurred about 11:50 p.m Saturday on the southbound freeway, east of Alondra Boulevard, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The vehicle involved in the crash was described as an older model Toyota with damage and blood on its front right side.
A representative from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office was called out to the location at 12:33 a.m. Sunday.
There was no other immediate information.
