Crews battled a fire in the subflooring of a single-wide mobile home Sunday in Palm Desert, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The fire was reported at 9:13 a.m. Sunday in the 74400 block of Zircon Circle East. Firefighters witnessed smoke once at the scene, officials said.
The fire was contained at 9:43 a.m., and fire crews anticipated remaining at the scene for approximately two hours.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was not immediately clear.
