Four juveniles and two adults were involved in a traffic collision Sunday on Interstate 10 near Desert Center.
The crash was reported at 11:11 a.m. Sunday, with one vehicle overturned in the center divide, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Three air ambulances and two ground ambulances were requested at the scene to evaluate the six patients, fire officials said.
The cause of the collision was under investigation.
