Firefighters were battling a brush fire Sunday that was burning at least three acres in Sage.
The fire was reported around 11:40 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of Empty Saddle Trail and Red Mountain Road, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
No injuries or evacuations were immediately reported.
Multiple air and ground resources were assigned to the scene, according to the fire department.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
