One person was killed and at least five people were injured at a two-vehicle crash Sunday morning on the Santa Monica (10) Freeway in the Jefferson Park community of South Los Angeles, authorities said.
The crash occurred about 3:20 a.m. on the eastbound freeway at Arlington Avenue, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Of the five people injured in the crash, according to media reports, no information was available on their conditions.
A representative from the Los Angeles Fire Department could not be reached for immediate comment.
