An electrical vault was involved in a fire that extended to a dumpster in Moreno Valley, authorities said.
The fire was reported at 5:06 p.m. Friday in the 12400 block of Heacock Street, according to the Riverside County Fire Department. Crews contained the fire at 5:30 p.m., and remained at the scene for an additional 30 minutes to monitor the situation.
Southern California Edison was requested to assist with the electric vault.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was unclear.
