A motorcyclist was killed in a multi-vehicle crash Saturday morning on the Golden State (5) Freeway near Griffith Park, authorities said.
The crash occurred at about 7:25 a.m. Saturday on the northbound freeway near the connector to the eastbound Ventura (134) Freeway, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash involved the motorcyclist, a semi-truck and at least five other vehicles.
A Sigalert was issued at 7:45 a.m. closing the No. 1, 2 and 3 lanes of the northbound Golden State (5) Freeway for approximately one hour.
