Los Angeles General Medical Center sought the public’s assistance Friday in identifying a man in his 40s who was hospitalized after being found unresponsive on a Metro bus in Commerce.

The man was discovered Thursday near Whittier Boulevard, but it remains unclear what led to him being unresponsive, hospital officials said.

Hospital staff described him as 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 169 pounds, with a bald head and brown eyes
