A 50-year-old woman who was reported missing after last being seen in Monrovia, prompting the issuance of an Endangered Missing Advisory, has been located, authorities announced Friday.
Lisa Harell had been last seen at about 6 p.m. Jan. 31 near the intersection of Encino Avenue and Huntington Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol.
She has since been located, but no additional details were provided about when or where she was found.
The CHP issues an Endangered Missing Advisory when a person goes missing under unexplained or suspicious circumstances. It is issued when the missing person is believed in danger because of their age, health or mental or physical disability or with a potentially dangerous person or any other factor that could put them in serious peril. Activating the advisory also requires information to be available that could assist in a safe recovery is disseminated to the public.
