A 65-year-old man was reported missing after being last seen Tuesday in Norwalk, prompting the issuance of a Silver Alert.
Joseph Brown was last seen Tuesday near Norwalk Boulevard and Civic Center Drive around 4 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. Brown was described as a 5-foot-7-inch tall man with white hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a blue and yellow flannel, gray pants, and black shoes.
Anyone with information regarding Brown’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.
The Silver Alert program was established by the CHP to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
