Firefighters were battling a brush fire in Lake Elsinore Saturday, the Riverside County Fire Department announced.
The fire was reported around 1:45 p.m. Saturday in the 16400 block of Bailey Street, where fire crews found vegetation burning in light-flashy fuels.
The forward rate of spread was stopped at four acres around 2:40 p.m. and no injuries were reported, according to the fire department.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
