Two people were rushed to a hospital Sunday after a two-vehicle crash that also involved a pedestrian in Indio.
Firefighters from the Riverside County Fire Department responded to a report of a crash around 12:10 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Clinton Street and Miles Avenue.
A pedestrian was pinned after one of the vehicles involved left the roadway following the crash, officials said. Fire crews successfully extricated the pedestrian.
One person was rushed to a hospital with serious injuries and another with minor injuries. No identifying information was immediately available on any of the people involved.
