A motorist suffered moderate injuries when he crashed his vehicle into a utility pole in Riverside, authorities said Saturday.
Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 9:09 p.m. Friday to Country Club and Canyon Crest drives, the Riverside Fire Department reported.
The driver, a solo occupant, had to be extricated, said Riverside Fire Department Battalion Chief Bruce Vanderhorst.
Paramedics rushed the man, who was suffering from moderate injuries, to a trauma hospital.
