A driver died Tuesday after a two-vehicle collision in San Jacinto.
The crash was reported shortly after 10 a.m. Tuesday at Warren Road and Ramona Expressway, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Crews encountered two vehicles with major damage, and one person was extricated and taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
A driver, whose identity was not revealed, was pronounced dead, according to Sgt. Robert Martinez of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
The driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene. The cause of the crash was under investigation.
