Firefighters rushed to a hotel in Indian Wells Sunday evening to put out a fire in an electrical room.
The fire was reported at 7:55 p.m. in one of the hotels in the 44000 block of Indian Wells Lane, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
KESQ reports the location is that of the Grand Hyatt, and that guests were evacuated.
The fire was located in the fifth-floor electrical room and officials requested additional engines to respond to the scene, and the firefight continued as of 9 p.m.
No injuries were immediately reported, officials said.
