Six people were hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash in Blythe Sunday.
The crash was reported around 11:30 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of Neighbors Boulevard and 15th Avenue, the Riverside County Fire Department announced.
One of the parties required extrication from a vehicle, according to the RCFD.
Two people suffered serious injuries and were rushed to a hospital by helicopter, the department reported.
Four others suffered minor to moderate injuries and were rushed to a hospital by ground ambulance. The seventh person involved refused further care after being evaluated by paramedics, according to the fire department.
The cause of the crash was not immediately known and no identifying information was immediately available.
The California Highway Patrol assumed the investigation.
