An electric scooter was tossed onto the Harbor (110) Freeway in Central Los Angeles early Tuesday, causing a seven-car crash and damaging four vehicles.
The crashes were reported about 12:30 a.m. on the 110 just south of the Santa Monica (10) Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The scooter became wedged under one of the vehicles.
It caused two crashes, a CHP officer said. One was vehicle-versus-vehicle and another vehicle-versus-scooter, he said.
No injuries were reported.
