Firefighters knocked down a fire Saturday that broke out in an attached garage to a single-story home in Santa Ana.
Firefighters were dispatched just after 5 a.m. Saturday to the 1700 block of West Saint Anne Place, according to the Orange County Fire Authority. They reported that the garage fire had already extended into the attic and living space.
“Firefighters quickly deployed multiple hose lines and aggressively attacked the fire, stopping its spread and preventing damage to the adjacent residence,” according to an agency statement.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
