A person was hospitalized with minor injuries Sunday after crashing into an embankment in Perris.
The crash was reported around 4:25 p.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of Navajo Road, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Southern California Edison was requested for a possible propane leak from a residential propane tank, possibly caused by the crash.
A description of the injured motorist was not disclosed.
Navajo Road between Cochise and Iroquois roads was temporarily closed.
