A man was struck and killed by a vehicle Sunday morning on the Golden State (5) Freeway in Burbank, authorities said.
The crash occurred at about 12:45 a.m. Sunday on the southbound freeway, just north of Alameda Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The roadway was cleared at 4:38 a.m.
No further information was immediately available.
