A 75-year-old at-risk woman who was last seen in the City Terrace community of unincorporated Los Angeles County, near East Los Angeles, was reported missing Saturday, authorities said.
Carmen Guitierrez was last seen Friday in the 3900 block of Woolwine Drive, just south of Interstate 10, and was described as having a mental condition, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Guitierrez is a 5-feet tall Hispanic woman, weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown shirt, pink pants, beige Crocs and was walking a small dog.
